As a chaperone she has built a solid reputation in the industry for her patience and ability to work effectively with teens. Her connection to the event industry is reinforced by her passion for bringing people's dreams to life and guaranteeing the success of their events. Doreen is a proud mother of three. Bradley possesses an educational background and is an entrepreneur. Educated as a teacher, he now oversees a high school theater lighting program. Additionally, Bradley owns Cobalt Photography, a leading studio known for its Bar and Bat Mitzvah celebration photography. He is passionate about aiding the growth of young people, both in their academic and social spheres, and in fostering their self-esteem. Bradley takes great pride in being the father of two children.

Explaining the Role of a Chaperone Noun: A chaperone is an individual who accompanies and takes care of another person or a group of people. Verb To chaperone means to accompany, look after, or supervise. Chaperones play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of your guests while maintaining the integrity of the venue while preserving the special atmosphere of your celebration.

Why do we need chaperones? In essence, teens will always be teens. Although instances of rudeness or destructive behavior are rare, and we are fully prepared to handle them, our primary role involves subtly steering your young guests towards positive choices. This ensures that you, as hosts, can enjoy your celebration without concern for your guests' activities or whereabouts.

How many chaperones do I need? The required number of chaperones will vary based on the number of teens attending the party. Our company is fully insured, and our policy strictly enforces a specific chaperone-to-teen ratio of 1:25. The minimum is two chaperones, assuring you have a man and a woman on site. To discuss the details of your event, please contact us.

How soon should I book? To secure your event date, we advise reaching out to us as soon as possible. Our calendar fills up quickly, and we strive to accommodate all inquiries. However, the sooner you book, the better your chances of securing your preferred date. This is especially important when requesting specific chaperones. The suggested booking timeframe is 1-2 months in advance.

Do you offer chaperones on buses when kids are being transported? Yes, we chaperone bus transports. Our experienced chaperones arrive at the departure point early ensure each guest is accounted for. They then position themselves strategically throughout the journey to maintain a respectful and orderly environment. If round trip bus is needed, chaperones will stay at the drop-off site until the last guest is picked up. We suggest a minimum of twochaperones per bus.

Should I have a chaperone at the service? Initially, consult with your synagogue, church, or the venue where the service is being held. Many require the presence of chaperones. Regardless, having us there for the service is advisable as few things are more distracting to a child than witnessing their friends being overly active by chatting, moving around, or engaged with their phones. Your child has worked hard to get to that moment, so avoid it being spoiled by distractions.

Do you offer male and female chaperones? Indeed, we provide both male and female chaperones. Each event is attended by at least two chaperones, ensuring we have a male and female on-site. This approach enables us to address any situation with the utmost sensitivity. We are also committed to gender sensitivity, ensuring that every guest is treated with respect to their gender identity.

What is your phone texting policy? This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle text messages on your phone. By using text messaging for communication, you agree to the practices described below: Purpose of Text Messages Text messages are used solely for communication purposes between users, including but not limited to, personal, professional, and customer service-related exchanges. We do not access, analyze, or use your text messages for any purpose other than facilitating direct communication. Data Storage Text messages are stored locally on the device and may be transmitted to or stored on external servers. Stored text messages are retained for future reference in case of the need to clarify or review past communications. Data Access and Sharing Your text messages are private and will not be accessed, shared, or distributed to any third parties. Security While stored locally, text messages are subject to the security measures on your device. We recommend using appropriate security measures such as passwords, encryption, or biometric authentication to protect your phone and the data stored on it. Our devices are protected by passwords and/or biometric data. Changes to the Policy Any updates or changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated to you. Continued use of text messaging after changes have been implemented constitutes acceptance of those changes.
